PDP (Property Design and Planning Limited) was incorporated in 1984 and has over 35 years of experience in the design and build industry. Initially the company started off as a one person architectural and structural design consultancy firm but then due to clients demand and growth it moved into the construction sector as well.

We offer a bespoke ‘concept to completion’ solution to our clients using the latest leading BIM software. We have experienced architects, engineers, surveyors, project managers and tradesmen.   

PDP has grown in to being a highly regarded design and build firm in the Home Counties.  

We are accredited member's of Constructionline, Acclaimed, Chas, members of FMB (Federation of Master Builders), Trustmark (Government Endorsed Standards), EBC (European Builders Confederation) and LABC Partner (Local Authority Building Control). We have also been inspected by the BBA (British Board of Agrement).

   In any project, PDP has always understood the importance of effective communication and working well with the entire team in all aspects of the building process.  To that end, the foundation of our reputation rests on good management, transparency and attention to detail; these principles are important to creating successful relationships during construction and into the future.
